Assalamu alaikum, sister · Meet your guide
Strength, softened by faith
Muslimah Wellness Guide · Somatic Release & Wellness Specialist
Before I became a Muslimah, I was a three-time All-Natural Bodybuilding Champion. Discipline shaped me. But it was life’s trials, including surviving abuse, that taught me the strength that lasts: to slow down, to pay attention, and to turn to Allah.
“For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.”— Quran 94:5–6
In every season, I learned to ask three questions: Why is this happening? What is the lesson? What is Allah showing me? I believe a story is in everything, and Allah is always showing us something, if we have eyes that see.
Today I guide sisters to become strong in body, present in mind, and intentional in heart. The body is an amānah, entrusted to us. I am a coach, not a healer — only Allah heals.
